Much of the information relates to the history of West Moors – when we moved here in 2007, I plunged into the background history of the railway – which then ‘crept out’ to encompass other aspects of local history. There are also a few articles regarding meteorology in history, something else that my background in operational weather forecasting has introduced me to.
